I used to think that it was vain that I looked in the mirror every morning and thought to myself "Wow, I look beautiful. :)" I never thought it in a vain way, but it always seemed like I was thinking too highly of myself. But who am I to not be beautiful?!
I've come to realize that it wasn't necessarily the physical beauty I see in myself every time I look in the mirror. It's the divine nature as a daughter of God that I can see in myself, and then I see that I am such a marvelous creation of God.... God made me my own kind of beautiful, and he did it on purpose. Look in the mirror and see your beauty! :)
